David Praet is a Director at Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors. Having joined the firm in 2008, he possesses years of investment banking, consulting and corporate finance experience obtained with the investment bank and its affiliate CPA firm Doeren Mayhew. Today, David primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions including buy-side and sell-side advisory, divestitures, debt and equity capital raising, and recapitalizations.
His transaction experience includes representing private and public companies in domestic and international transactions involving several industries, such as industrial manufacturing, automotive, transportation, distribution, ecommerce, financial institutions, specialty construction and business services.
Prior to joining Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors at its inception, David worked in its affiliate’s corporate finance group providing mergers and acquisitions advisory, business valuation services and transaction advisory services, including financial due diligence for private equity funds and middle-market private companies.
