Brian Basil is a Managing Director of Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors’ Michigan office. For more than 20 years, Brian has been providing companies with investment banking, restructuring and corporate finance services to deliver maximum value on each transaction.
Whether it’s identifying buyers, structuring transactions, placing debt and equity securities, or guiding clients through the unique dynamics of a distressed transaction, Brian leverages his years of experience and knowledge to help clients achieve their growth or exit goals.
Relying on Brian for his transaction expertise are domestic and international privately held, mid-sized companies in industries, such as food and beverage, health care products and services, automotive, aerospace and defense, metal forming, plastics, business process outsourcing, technology (software, hardware and services), transportation, tool and die, media and education.
Brian is equipped with a unique perspective to successfully complete a variety of transactions, drawing upon his diverse public and private sector investment banking background. He has worked at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, Stout Risius Ross, W.Y. Campbell & Company and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
