Pay Your Invoice Now 

Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors leverages the secure payment portal, Apxium, allowing you to manage your invoices online with ease via your computer, smartphone or other devices. The pay portal empowers you to view your current invoices and payment receipts, pay your invoices and even schedule installment arrangements (after speaking with our administrative staff). Read the FAQs below for answers to common questions about the payment portal.

How do I access the pay portal?

You’ll have three options for paying your Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors invoices online:

1. Via your electronic invoice. Moving forward, your future invoices will include a “Pay Now” button. Just click the link in the documents and you will be instantly directed to the appropriate secure pay portal. There will be no need to enter your invoice information using this method as the system will auto populate the information.

2. Visiting our website. Simply visit www.doerencapital.com and navigate to the Client Portal menu. Choose Pay Portal. You will be automatically directed to the payment portal where you will enter your six-digit invoice number and amount exactly as it appears on your invoice.

3. Directly accessing pay portal site. Visit the pay portal. Once on the site, enter the six-digit invoice number and amount exactly as it appears on your invoice.

What forms of electronic payment are accepted?

You may pay your invoice by ACH, debit card or credit card online. We also accept check payments via mail.

Is there a fee for paying online?

Yes. There will be a 3% online processing fee for credit card payments. There is no fee for ACH or debit card payments.

How will I know if my online payment went through?

Once the payment is successful, a payment confirmation will be sent to you via the email address on file.

Should you have questions specifically about your invoice balance or payment options, contact Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors’ accounts receivables department at DMAR@doeren.com.
