Gokul began his career with the investment bank’s affiliate CPA firm, working in the strategic advisory group providing mergers and acquisition advisory, business valuation and management consulting services. In his role today, he uses this experience to advise and guide companies through the complex dynamics of mergers and acquisitions, sell-side and buy-side processes, divestitures and capital raising.
